01 / QUESTIONS

Start with your product

What can I create with Brandfolia?

Brandfolia helps product founders explore a visual identity. The free studio arranges your supplied product photo, logo, colors and text into preview layouts. You can download three watermarked PNGs and save a local project. Paid brand-system packages are planned; customer project requests and payments are not open yet.

Can I build a brand identity from one product photo?

A product photo is enough to start a layout preview in Brandfolia. A finished identity also needs a brand name, target customer, market, message and approved assets. The studio preserves the supplied photo; it does not invent new product photography, remove backgrounds or infer a complete brand strategy.

Prepare your product photo and brief

Does Brandfolia automatically generate new product images?

No live image-generation service is connected to the current studio. It composes your existing image into layouts. The fictional portfolio collections use separately art-directed, AI-assisted imagery. They demonstrate a visual direction and are not examples of a result produced automatically from a customer upload.

02 / QUESTIONS

Choose the right package

What can I download for free?

Brandfolia provides three watermarked PNG previews: an identity board, a social layout and a website banner. Each has a longest edge of up to 960 pixels. Download them individually or in one ZIP. You can also save and reopen the local working project. Custom finished files are part of planned paid packages, which are not open for orders.

Create three free previews

How much does a Brandfolia brand system cost?

The free studio costs $0. The planned Brand System package is $99 USD and the planned Studio Review package is $299 USD. These are proposed one-time prices for one brand, one product family, one selected direction and one language. Neither package is available to order. Customer project requests and payments are not open yet.

Compare prices and scope

What is the difference between the $99 and $299 packages?

The planned Brand System scope proposes one direction and one consolidated round of text and color changes. The planned Studio Review scope proposes two initial directions, one selected system, an assigned human reviewer and two refinement rounds. Neither package is open for orders; reviewer availability and final terms have not been offered for a project.

Choose a review level

Which six brand applications are included?

The planned paid scope proposes an ecommerce hero layout, social post, vertical story, packaging front-panel concept, thank-you card and presentation cover. These would be editable design layouts, not a functioning shop, supplier dieline, approved label copy or manufactured packaging. Paid delivery is not available in this public preview.

03 / QUESTIONS

Understand the brandbook

What is the difference between a brand kit and a brandbook?

A brand kit contains the assets used to make things: logo files, colors, fonts and application templates. A brandbook explains the decisions and rules for using them consistently. For a product launch, the practical handoff is usually the files plus clear instructions, with examples of their use on the relevant channels.

Compare the two deliverables

What should a brandbook include?

A useful brandbook explains the brand foundation, voice, logo rules, color roles, typography, layout, imagery, applications and handoff. Brandfolia’s completed case structure also documents incorrect use, accessible color pairings, product architecture, localization and release checks. Every rule should help someone make a specific design decision.

Inspect all 24 sections

Is the Brandbook 12 pages or 24 sections?

The free studio starts with a 12-section working draft that you can preview and rearrange. The separately authored VELA, KORO and SEREIN case books each have 24 pages. The planned paid scope proposes a 24-section structure, but paid delivery is not open. The free draft does not automatically become a finished case-quality system.

Compare the actual examples

Will I receive editable source files or only a PDF?

The free case-system ZIPs contain editable source examples. The planned paid scope proposes a review PDF, editable page and application SVGs, identity files and an asset/source inventory. Paid delivery is not open. Native Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop documents are outside the proposed scope.

Check file formats before handoff

Can I see a complete brandbook before choosing a package?

Yes. The VELA skincare, KORO coffee and SEREIN fragrance case systems include free 24-page PDF books and editable ZIP downloads. They are fictional demonstrations with documented sources and remaining release checks. They are not commissioned client work, customer testimonials or evidence of commercial results.

04 / QUESTIONS

Check use and delivery

Can I use the finished brand assets commercially?

Commercial use depends on the rights and approvals for the actual delivered assets and intended market. Brandfolia documents included fonts and sources. You still need rights to supplied photos and logos, confirmation of brand-name use, accurate product copy and any required production approvals. A preview or case download does not complete those checks.

Review rights and release responsibilities

How long will my brand system take?

Customer project requests and paid delivery are not open yet, so there is no production schedule or reserved project slot. You can use the free studio, download previews and save your local project today. The example packages do not promise a delivery date.

See the planned package scope

What happens if I want changes?

The planned Brand System scope proposes one consolidated round of text and color changes. The planned Studio Review scope proposes two refinement rounds. These are planning examples; there are no accepted customer projects in this public preview. You can edit and regenerate the free studio previews yourself.

Read the revision boundaries

Can my Brandbook be delivered in another language?

The free studio interface supports English and Chinese. A planned paid project would cover one language, subject to future scope and font checks. Paid delivery is not open. The case books demonstrate Latin-script layouts and do not prove that every language is supported.

05 / QUESTIONS

Project requests are not open

Will I be charged when I submit a brief?

No. The public project form is a disabled preview: it cannot submit a brief, create a project request, reserve capacity or collect payment. Use the free studio and save your project locally. Planned package prices are not an offer to take an order today.

See the disabled brief preview

Are my product photos uploaded when I request a project?

Product images and brand text added to the studio stay in the browser. Save a project JSON locally to keep them. The public project form is disabled and does not send or save your details. Optional first-party usage counts record only an allowed page path, a fixed event name and a random temporary session identifier; they exclude images, brand text and email addresses.

Read the data-handling details

How can I tell whether my request was received?

Customer submissions are not open, so the public site does not create request references or customer status records. Your free studio projects are saved as local JSON files and reopened with Open project. The owner test system is separate from the public website.
