Accounts and your materials
Registration and login are required for AI features. Keep your account secure. Upload product photos and information you own or have permission to use. Do not upload confidential materials without authorization. You are responsible for the facts, rights and permissions you provide.
AI proposals and limits
Each kit includes an AI brand-direction proposal, palette and typography suggestions, three visual formats (product hero, scene and campaign) and an editable 24-chapter Brandbook draft. It includes up to 10 image-generation attempts, including retries and failed attempts. Missing product, logo, print and rights information remains incomplete until supplied and reviewed. Images must be downloaded or saved in a local project file.
These are self-service AI proposals. Human design, researched strategy, trademark clearance, exact logo or label reproduction, print-certified files, supplier dielines and native Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop files are not included. Review AI text and images before commercial use.
Each account can claim one free kit for the lifetime of the account. Editing or archiving does not create another free kit. There is no guarantee that every image attempt succeeds. Network failures or upstream provider charges can consume an attempt. Save images locally before leaving the page.
Paid plans when available
A one-time kit is USD 9.90; monthly membership is USD 99; yearly membership is USD 299. Both memberships release 10 kits per monthly anniversary, without rollover. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Waffo as merchant of record. Payment confirmation is verified on the server before a kit allowance is issued. See the pricing page for full scope.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel automatic renewal in the signed-in studio. New-kit credits continue in their scheduled windows until the paid period ends. Already-created kits retain their remaining image attempts unless the funding payment is fully refunded. For billing errors, missing purchased access or refund requests, contact hello@brandfolia.com with your order reference. Requests are reviewed individually; mandatory consumer rights and Waffo’s applicable buyer terms remain unaffected. A full refund removes unused and further generation rights associated with that payment. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled. Refunds and cancellation are separate actions; cancel renewal if you do not want future charges.
Acceptable use
Do not request or upload pornography or sexual content; graphic violence or gore; hateful or discriminatory attacks; child sexual abuse or exploitation content; deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, face swaps or intimate-image manipulation; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Do not use this service for scams, unlawful claims or deceptive product advertising.
If a product reference includes a real person, use only your own likeness or material with the person’s explicit permission for this processing and intended use. Permission does not authorize prohibited impersonation or intimate imagery. This service is for product-branding drafts, not identity manipulation.
Reporting and enforcement
Report prohibited content or misuse to hello@brandfolia.com, with the relevant project or order reference. Requests may be refused and access may be suspended where misuse is identified. Brandfolia checks generation inputs and model outputs before releasing a result. A maintained term list and an automated image/text classifier can block or hold a request; if review or audit logging is unavailable, the result is withheld. Automated checks can make mistakes. To appeal a refusal, email the review reference to the operator; an operator review decision is recorded separately and does not automatically release a previously withheld image. Model-provider safeguards also apply.

Availability depends on Cloudflare, Clerk, Packy and payment-provider services. Features or limits may change prospectively with an updated description; confirmed paid orders retain their stated scope, subject to applicable law.
