Your project files
Images, brand text and font choices stay in the active browser page. Save a project JSON to keep them and reopen it later. Refreshing or closing the page can discard unsaved work. A project JSON may contain your supplied images and brand details; share it only with intended recipients.
Project requests and payments
The public brief form is disabled. It does not send or save your contact details or brand brief, and it cannot accept a payment. Planned package descriptions are examples of possible future scope, not services available to order.
Optional anonymous usage counts
First-party usage counts help us understand which pages visitors open and whether they enter the studio, generate a preview or complete a download step. The application records only an allowed page path, a fixed event name and a random temporary session identifier, a random event identifier to avoid duplicate counts, and the time needed for reports and deletion. It does not store query strings, referral URLs, IP addresses, product images, brand text or email addresses in the usage database. A download event means the browser generated the file and started its download; it does not prove the file was saved to disk.
The random identifier is kept in sessionStorage for the current browser tab. Browser session restoration or copying a tab may reuse it; it is not a cross-device identifier. Reports use a rolling 30-day window. Records older than 30 days are excluded from reports immediately and cleared by an hourly deletion job; deletion can lag the window by up to one hour. Counts describe sessions and events, not identified people. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics script is used.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable usage collection automatically. You can also turn it off below. A localStorage preference remembers this choice on this browser; it does not contain your project data. Turning counts off removes the current session identifier and stops new usage events.
Usage counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Hosting and contact
Cloudflare delivers the website and processes network requests to operate its service. Its service and security processing are separate from the limited usage database described above. If you email hello@brandfolia.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Your email address and message are then handled by those email services so we can respond; they are not added to website usage counts. This address receives support and feedback. It is not a project-order form.
Concept imagery and current exports
The portfolio uses fictional briefs and AI-assisted concept imagery. These are demonstrations of art direction, not client commissions or results automatically produced from an upload. The free studio provides three watermarked PNG layouts up to 960 pixels on the longest edge, a 12-section on-screen working draft and local project save/reopen. The sample books and editable case-system ZIPs are separate downloads.
What is not included
Live AI image generation, automatic background removal, cloud collaboration, custom illustrated logo delivery, paid checkout, trademark clearance, packaging dielines and press-certified print files are not included. Planned paid services remain unavailable. A sample PDF or concept image does not establish commercial rights or print readiness.
